IS THIS ROLE FOR ME?
The purpose of your role is to provide line management to the Security Service Partner team, ensuring optimum performance in accordance with Service Level Agreements and Assignment Instructions. You will need to be able to motivate your team members and assess their performance.
Duties will include assisting with all security activities with responsibility for the day-to-day activities for your team, monitoring and managing security systems and equipment servicing and/or maintenance in conjunction with other departments, as appropriate, as well as managing incidents and escalation process.
