Full Time/Fixed Term until 31st March 2021
Are you interested in joining a small but highly effective and dedicated team who are passionate about making a tangible positive difference to Bristol’s future?
The outward facing City Office is responsible for bringing together a wide range of public, private, and third sector partners with the shared aim of making Bristol a fair, healthy and sustainable city as part of the award winning One City Approach. This approach encourages partners from across the city to come together and contribute to the immediate and long term challenges facing Bristol.
The City Office has played a key role in bringing city partners together to respond to COVID-19 and this work continues alongside work on recovery. To support this work we are looking to recruit to three temporary posts to support this work and the ongoing City Office work programme:
A Full Time Operations and Engagement Adviser
A Part Time Communications and Events Officer
A Part Time Business Support Adviser
Operations and Engagement Adviser
You will be playing a key role in the development of an engagement strategy and formal communications, as well as leading on the day to day operations of the City Office. You must be able to work at pace in a pressurised environment and manage competing demands with limited resources. You will be skilled at using your initiative to forge relationships with a wide range of senior stakeholders across the city.
This is an exciting opportunity to be working at the heart of Bristol’s collaborative city governance, at what is an exciting time in the journey of the One City Approach and for Bristol.
