The Intermediate Care Service provides support to the citizens of Bristol. It is a city wide multi-disciplinary service which consists of teams and specialists working to prevent people from being admitted to hospital or facilitating early hospital discharge. This is achieved by providing appropriate care in their own home or in one of the Intermediate Care beds located in South and East Bristol.
The Administrator provides administrative support to the team to ensure the smooth running of the service.
Vacancy details:
Post 1 -18.5 hours (various days of working) – based at East Bristol Intermediate Care (17 Summer Hill Terrace, St George, BS5 8HX)
Week 1 - Wednesday 08:00-16:00, Thursday 08:00-16:00 and Friday 08:00-15:30
Week 2 -Thursday 08:00-16:00, Friday 08:00-16:00
Post 2 - 18.5 hours - based at South Bristol Intermediate Care (30 Inns Court Green, Knowle, BS4 1TF)
Wednesday 08:30- 14:30, Thursday 09:30-16:00 and Friday 08:00 - 16:00
Please note that some flexibility regarding start and finish times may be required to ensure the service is covered.
