We are looking to recruit a dynamic, innovative manager with practice expertise in safeguarding and community safety to provide leadership and support to the Keeping Bristol Safe Partnership. This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of shaping services for the citizens of Bristol for the future.
You will work closely with the Executive Leadership of the partnership and the Independent Chair to shape, delivery and assure the partnership's vision for excellence and inclusion for all citizens in Bristol. They will be skilled at working and communicating with different audiences.
The KBSP Business and Partnership Manager manages an exciting and mature multi-disciplinary service, responsible for supporting and working with organisations across the city to ensure excellence in how we work together to safeguard children and adults at risk. The team includes: Safeguarding Training team; Policy Officer; Participation Officer; Statutory Review Officer (CPSRs, DHRs and SARs); Senior Information Analyst; and Business Support Officers.
The service is jointly funded by Bristol City Council, BNSSG Clinical Commissioning Group and Avon and Somerset Constabulary hosted by Bristol City Council.
