Bristol City Council Fleet Services are looking for an Administration Apprentice to join our Fleet Workshops in Brislington.Fleet Services are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our small Administration team. You will gain an insight into the workings of a fleet workshop whilst also learning the skills needed to support the people we meet daily.
Within this role you will be supporting the Administration team in both a face-to-face aspect and over the telephone with the customers who use Fleet Services. You will need the ability to stay calm when faced with pressures from other.
What Do I Need to Have:
You will need to have good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide complex information accurately. Having a working knowledge of Microsoft office applications, or equivalent, and have a willingness to learn new applications with support. Able to demonstrate knowledge or experience of equalities and diversity issues.
This is a Full Time, on a Fixed Contract until 2025.
