The Bottle Yard Studios (TBYS) is a successful Film & Television Studio facility in South Bristol. Owned and operated by Bristol City Council, the business occupies two sites in close proximity (2nd site due to open in Autumn 2022) and comprises of 11 film studios along with supporting production offices and ancillary workshops, stores and light industrial accommodation.
As the business expands, we are seeking an enthusiastic Studios Runner to join our small but skilled Studios Management Team. Reporting to the Studio Manager, the role will;
No two days are the same at this busy site. There is an exciting opportunity for the post holder to really develop the role, prioritising your own workload and engaging in a varied range of tasks within an ever-changing environment and client base.

For permanent Bristol City Council employees, this post will be a secondment.
For employees who are currently on a fixed term contract with Bristol City Council, the secondment must not extend beyond the end of the fixed term period to ensure there is a substantive post to return to.
If you are currently a casual worker or a member of an employment agency (currently working with Bristol City Council) this post will be a fixed term contract.
Whilst the daily hours are fixed for this role and unfortunately this role is unsuitable for a job share. First round interviews are currently expected to take place week commencing 10th October 2022. Due to the number of the applications predicted this will be a multiple interview process.
